I am having scabies.. My dermarologist said i have to apply permerthin 5% lotion even in vaginal and anal region... (gave tablets also) But if i am applying near anal region i am sensing itchness Also  in vaginal  part... Do i need to apply on vulva, Labia majora, Labia minora also? What is the meaning of applying only outside?? After applying in vaginal region also itchness increased and lead to pruritis vulvae.. Please help How to apply My scabies is not going only... Body itching reduced... But vaginal and anal region is irritating... Please help what to do.. Its been 1 month i am on medications.. Still not reducing.. Also finger webs places lesion is not going
