Hi Doctors I had high to very high fever around maximum 102 and diarrohea nausea and vomiting. This all went for a week and I got tested positive for COVID. I want to know if it is a false positive as ,I had zero coughing ,sore throat or breathing problem. Please answer. Thanks

You can retake the test if you want. Additionally to be very sure you can do a CT chest aswell to rule out pneumonia. Diseases don't follow protocol in expression of symptoms
