Sand particle like sensation

It was started 3 days ago like sand particles in the eye. Now red and watery eyes problem. What should I do? Please suggest medicine.

This is Foreign body sensation, please dont rub or splash water in your eyes. There are various reasons for this symptoms Instantly it is advised to not to blink too much, keep ice over the closed eyes for 3-4mins [on &off], if the redness reduces there is a possiblity of having allergic conjunctivitis .
