Same salt but different brand medication

I am taking OCD medications as Zosert 100 (twice daily), Venlor XR 150 (twice daily), Oleanz 5 (once daily) and Betacap TR 40 (once daily). But recently when I went to buy medications I got Provanol SR 40, Sertima 100, Oliza 5 and Ventab XL 150 tablet. Although these meds have same salt, but they are of different brand. I just want to know whether are these new brand's medications safe to take or should I search for the brand's medications which I was previously taking.

Take as per your doctors prescription and not the medical shop advise. As per drugs and Cosmetics act, substitution of doctors medication without approval is a crime. Your doctor will prescribe for you to recover. The medical shop will focus on sales. Clarify with your doctor if you can take them. Good luck

It’s completely okay to take medication of a different brand as long as the composition content is the same. Don’t worry.
