Please let me know any painkiller medication effective for managing elbow none fracture of my 79 year old diabetic mother.She is already on blood thinner and cholesterol and diabetic medicines. Had been taking ultracet tablet but it causes too much sleepiness and delirium

Avoid ultracet for long period. You can have Paracetamol 500mg 1-1-1 after food

Avoid using Ultracet for a long time, as it contains Tramadol which is a drug of habit formation and even drug of addiction. Paracetamol could be taken safely, if she is not allergic to it. Kindly share the xrays of your mother.
