Being an spine specialist I would advise you to go for proper assessment that can be done via online consultation also. Based on the detailed history and ssessment only, you can be suggested how much recovery can be expected in what time frame.
Next Steps
Book an online consultation appointment soon or visit a good spine clinic
Health Tips
Keep a check on red flag signs i.e discomfort in bowel bladder , weakness in legs , numbness tingling around the genital area.

It could be some dysfunction of the sacroiliac joint or your gait and posture pattern is not proper, leading to some kind of hypo mobility in the joint.  Or it could be caused by tightness of your piriformis muscle.  You can visit the nearest physio and get evaluated

Hey there! There are quite favourable chances that your walking pattern or gait pattern is not proper. And also you put extra weight on one side of the body while standing, or walking, or gyming. Please video consult so that I can check it. Please also check your footwear which should be proper. Equal weight bearing advised on both limbs.
Next Steps
consult online.
