Going by the Echo report she needs AVR (Aortic valve Replacement) and she has a good pumping function so she vil do well with surgery. If not keen on surgery can go for TAVI which is very expensive . Doesn't look like a high risk situation. Small amount of surgery related and age related risk u have to take
