She is suffering from cough cold since 3 days. Medicine we are giving is cefopodixim, montelukast levocetrizine grilinctus. Visited a doctor 3 days back but no relief. She can not sleep properly.

Give levosabutamol nebulisation....better start a cough syrup containing levosalbutamol....probably viral infection will improve in few days...but if there is fever n breathing difficulty get investigated....
