Running nose with wet cough

Hello, my father has running nose with wet cough. His Spo2 is 95% (no deviation when compared with earlier Readings). No fever or body aches. He just has running nose with wet cough. Please advice any medication or syrup.

At this age cant just write any medications name . Need to ask proper history and Medications history . As any medications can interact. So i would suggest you to consult and take proper medications on prescription
