Good evening, As your child is suffering from URI. You can give syp. Paracetamol 4ml sos(5ml=120 mg) for fever, keep a gap 5 hrs between two doses. Please do document the temperature 100°f or more before giving pcm. For cold you can use normal saline nasal drops. Hope your child gets well soon.
