Running nose and sneezing
I am troubled by a runny nose and sneezing. I don’t have any other problem. This issue has been happening for the past one month. When I take medicine, it gets better, but then it comes back again. This keeps happening again and again.
I have taken a lot of medicine already, including about 40 tablets of Bilastine, but it is not getting cured permanently. The problem mostly happens in the morning and evening.
Please help me. I don’t have much money, so kindly recommend an affordable medicine or solution.

It is advisable not to use bilastine for so long
Since this is happening since 1 month , there might possibly be some environmental changes or increased exposure to pollution or maybe pet exposure , construction sites near your home …..
Better take topical saline nasal sprays

Your symptoms are of allergic rhinitis; for that u should start doing nasal wash atleast twice a day with Normal Saline followed by steroidal spray alone or with antiallergic azelastine combination. You should avoid the allergens like avoid going in dust bare face always wear a mask. You should get your vitamin D levels checked sometimes low levels of vitamin D aggravates the symptoms.
