Dear Doctors My daughter having cold cough, running nose and fever 101 deg , i given crocin drops every 4 hour and cefexime syrup also given ,she is 6 month old Please tell can I sponge my daughter to reduce the fever during cold, cough and running nose. Please tell all medications is fine
