Sir I want to know that running during the morning time is good or bad for body / walking is good or running is good for Indian weather . I have read in books that according to ayurveda running in morning can lead to knee injury after 35 it lead to knee pain and lastly knee replacement surgery . Please suggest how do I work out in morning . Gym is good or bad for body .
