Rubella Igm positive since 2 years

Hi there, My rubella IGm is positive since 2 years and I have to abort my baby twice due to that. Also, I took MMR Vaccine in June and after 3 months again IGm is positive. Can I plan my baby ? What can be the reason of IGm positive since so long? Please help. I want to conceive.

Rubella is not the cause of repeated abortions Once u  are vaccinated or had infection  can plan your family with in one month ( after vaccination)
