Hello doctor I feel like there is tear of (घीस गया) in my upper part of mouth may be its the soft palate. I am facing it from about an year. It's increasing slowly day by day. What could be the problem??? Please suggest me something.

What exactly are the symptoms ? ... As in pain ? .. feeling of a lump ? Etc ... Plz b more specific ... As the pic is that of a normal palate ... Symptoms that u have help in narrowing the diagnosis down to specifics

The human hard palate is normally rough and can be felt by tongue or finger and is not a disease! The picture are showing a normal mucosa and no Pathology.
