Rtpcr can show the presence of virus till a long period.. if u are asymptomatic then the viral infectivity is very less.. u need to continue your medications.. take immunity boosters and maintain the covid precautions.. u can do your household works.. with frequent handwashing..

If it is showing positive, then again you have to follow covid protocol. Stay in isolation and test after 7days

Nothing to worry... Isolation period of 20 days is sufficient... Very less chance of spreading the infection present...
Health Tips

If you are having no symptoms and still rtpcr is positive, it can be positive due to detection of a dead virus. But to be on safer side kindly keep monitoring your symptoms. It's highly unlikely to be infectious after 23 days of infection and being asymptomatic now.
Next Steps
you can get your inflammatory markers checked to rule out any persistant inflammation
