Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)....how safe is it? And is it better than medicines? I am quite confused. Should I go for it or stick with medicines?

Hi There is no better treatment than medicines & CBT for OCD, rTMS is definitely not a good choice.
Next Steps

Its very safe. You could give it a try but medicines are the first line treatment. Only rTMS will not help in OCD. You could consider behavior therapy too.

It's  a novel treatment. Though not much evidence for its efficacy in OCD.
