RT kidney damaged due to Stone
My father having Stone for last more than 2 year in Right kidney due to this Now Kidney was damaged, Now after All Test i want to know one thing that operate kidney stone is necessary or not? If we not operate then is there any infection will happen inside. Also father is suffering from asthama.

Need to evaluate the adrenal mass with furthur investigations
Also get a dtpa to see if kidney with stones is functional or not
