Cornea is very sensitive. Pl avoid putting any thing in to the eyes. Put only, which doctor has recommend. Pl use fish,milk, high protein diet. Eye exercises, decreased screen time,nuts,etc will help.exercises will also help.pl do Yoga,and meditation. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
