Stage 3 zone 3 can be managed with laser also. It depends on the presence of plus disease. Injections can be given alone or in combination with laser. Do follow with the treating retina specialist as this is a very crucial treatment. The treatment can best be delineated by the treating doctor. For this disease do not waste time in deciding on treatment, if the doctor has suggested some treatment, it would be after careful examination of the child's condition only. Have faith. Follow as advised and maintain follow up with the doctor as and when asked to do so. Take care

If it is Zone 3 and Stage 3 laser is standard of care , Both Accentrix and Lucentis is same it is Ranibizumab .
