When to take medicine after root canal treatment is completed. Pain areas after root canal treatment and how many days the pain will be there???

Ideally pain persists for upto the day the root canal is completed but rarely it may lasts 4-5 days after RCT so depending upon that u will have to take medicines.

Ideally severe pain stops after the first sitting of rct nd mild pain persists till last sitting ... but officially dentist prefer to do the final filling after the pain is gone ... so it totally depends on wat sort of infection nd pain u have ...
