I have to get Root Canal Treatment for one of my tooth. Its in lower jaw and behind (the one used for eating). What is better to get this thing done? Single sitting RCT or multiple sitting RCT? I also wanted to get an estimate of about how much RCT costs generally (along with cost of cap) as I've to get one done soon, and money is also one parameter one can't just ignore. P.S.: I'm Mumbai based so will prefer the treatment in Mumbai only. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello sir, you should not delay for the root canal treatment as tooth may fracture over a time..Single sitting or multiple sitting is decided by the doctor depending on the infection. If infection is more then multiple sitting may be required. Also for the cap there are different types of caps like metal/metal ceramic/ ceramic. So depending on the cap you choose cost varies.
Next Steps
Vist a Endodontist (Root Canal Specialist).
