I tried it today but whenever I  chew from that side I feel pressure pain ( like something is tipping on it ) kind ...doctor told me that it will take 3 - 4 days to recover it , once its get settled we will proceed with mountation of ceramic cap over it .. i feel pain only while eating rest time I dont feel pain... I am not taking any medicin for it and doctor also suggested me to not take it . I guess doctor has digged my teeth upto 17 mm and put those things till 17mm . A root canal treatment involves removing the pulp tissue from the tooth depending on the length of the tooth. And mild pain after root canal treatment is quiet normal . Give it at least 2 weeks . If it still doesn't subside then there may still be a persistent infection.
Next Steps
stay calm and wait for a few days

This pain is completely normal after a root canal treatment. Few people have pain while chewing, some don't. Nothing to worry about unless pain stays there even after a few weeks. Regards
