My father age 72 is feeling very weak he is also having hypertension and diabetic, recently in his blood test his electrolyte level are reported as sodium 134.86 Pottasium 3.31 Chloride 100.40 So doctor has prescribed him saline rl and ns does it will help in fullfiilling electrolyte and re gain strength

All that I can say is that you don't expect any guarantee.  The IV Fluids bootles that you have mentioned have Sodium and Potassium. But how much strength he can gain by taking these IV Fluids, only time will tell.
