I am on a daily dose of 2 mg risperidone and 2 mg trihexyphinedyl. Will it make me impotent if I take it for long term? P.S: I have started getting dry orgasms when I masturbate.

Hello, No it won't make you impotent. Though any antipsychotic can cause sexual side effects but these effects are reversible. 2 mg is a lower dose and as sexual side effects depends on individual susceptibility. So you can have sexual side effects due to it.

Risperidone causes increase prolactin levels and also erectile dysfunction. Sometimes retrograde ejaculation may occur which are felt as dry orgasm. Its totally reversible and treatable condition.
