Is it safe to take risperidone and escitalopram for long duration like 6 months to 1 year? Currently I am on a daily dose of 2mg risperidone and 10 mg Escitalopram.

Hello, Yes its safe to take them together. Go for regular follow up to keep a check on side effects and requirement of increasing dosage.

Don’t worry. Whenever ur Dr will feel that u are better and there is no need of medicine he will decrease and stop it
