Risk factor in laproscopy

My wife was diagnosed with cyst in overy  3-4 Months ago. Now the doctor suggested to do laproscopy . May I know what are the risk factor in this operation and will it affect child conceiving issue ? Pls guide me

No risk factor if the Doctor knows how to do Laparoscopy. It is the safest procedure in Laparoscopy.
