Ringworm is treatable but proper course of antifungals has to be given for the same. Please don't use soap over the areas of the rashes. Consult me or a nearby Dermatologist for detailed prescription. Treatment should be taken at the earliest as it may spread more on your body and also others in the household. Please do not self treat as it may cause more harm than good.
