Facing ringworm problem in private part and stomach and hands and legs from 6-7 months Have used four derm and quadriderm and some tablets, aelo vera and neem oil. Nothing has helped

First stop using those steroid creams.....if your fungal infection since 6 months then you will need oral plus topical antifungals

You are using steroid creams. I advice everyone not to use them until dermatologist prescription is there and only for duration prescribed

u r already using steroids creams, they will damage ur skin. kindly stop them. I will need pictures of affected area to understand ur problem better.
