Ringing in head not ears

My mother is experiencing ringing in her head not ears and also some pain in ears the sound is continuous Mri scan is normal, Audiogram reports are also normal. What could be the possible cause of this ?? How to treat this??

This condition is called tinnitus… there are very few options available for the treatment of this..you can simply ignore these sounds

There are lots of reasons for tinnitus.if all the tests are normal..then check if any psychological issues are there or not.that can also cause tinnitus.
