My friend had a ear infection after which the ENT spl cleaned her ear and removed all the wax. She has not pain nor injury. But the Only issue she has is ringing , please help will ringing stop?

Could be Otomycosis. Sometimes there could be a small pin-point perforation in her eardrum that could have caused the pus. This is not visible on direct vision but only by Otomicroscopic examination.
