Right upper abdomen pain

I have pain under right rib cage. Having pain when touch on rib bone. Doctor suggested to take ultrasound scan for gallbladder stones. It shows  enlarged liver . Is that serious ? I am really worried of this.

There's a mild enlargement in liver size which  could be due to many reasons.If you have any symptoms related to it , you need to consult with a physician in your area.This report is old one .You could repeat the ultrasound and get liver function tests for correlation.
