Right Testicular pain

Hello doctors, I underwent surgery for left testicular varicocele 5 years back, as suggested by doctor minor sensation persisted ager that, but now my right restocked had started paining and my right testis has come up quite close to my penis. The pain sometimes is experienced in right leg as well. I've minor disc slip in L4-L5. Bit worried and frustrated with this new pain. Looking for way forward as I've not tools anyone about it
