I have bilateral grade1 varicocele.can varicocele cause testicular torsion.because I'm felling my left testicle hanging very lower it's lying down and mild pain

Hi, Varicocele does not cause torsion. The pain in torsion is excruciating and requires urgent hospitalization. The mild pain you experience may be due to a mild trauma, infection in epididymitis or testis, or due to varicocele itself - though Grade I Vx is unlikely to cause such pain.
