Right testicle pain

I have been suffering from testicle pain in my right side. I have done a us scan it show 1. Right epididymal cyst 2. Right side prominent pampiniform plexus - s/o border line varicoceal I have one doubt what type of treatment I have to take . Either it will solve by using medicine or otherwise have to do surgery.
