Right testicle lump

I am a 20 year old male and maybe a week ago I noticed a lump at the top of my testicle. I am a final year medical student and everything about it suggests epididymal cyst to me. It quite hard and fixed, sat on the epididymis and not tender. It also definitely transilluminates with light. I am currently on my elective in South Africa.

Nothing to worry, nor anything has to be done, just now. Wear scrotal support, if pain is there during day time.
