Hello I am unable to rotate my neck right side from past 3 weeks I this is happening every month I go to orthopaedic they gave painkillers it goes and and again comes back it starts from one side of neck and radiates towards shoulder and bone some times I cannot wake up lifting my neck what is permanent solution

Hi, This might be due to compression of nerve in your back However need a more detailed history so that we can move forward with essential investigations if required and prescribe medications and physiotherapy accordingly
