Right side Neck and Back side head Pain.

I have a neck pain from last 4 days. When I turn my head to left side, some pain happened in Joint of neck and head. I used I-MR tablet it gives relief but next day same problem Repeated. There is no pain when I play games, when I take a Hot Bath. Pain come and go. Again come and go. What is the reason? What medication I need? And Tell me any Home remedies for relief☺. Please Help me.

You can help yourself by doing lifestyle modifications Regular routine and exercises Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night before bedtime Eat more veggies in your diet and eat fresh fruits. Drink more water Thanks
