Right side lower abdomen pain

My right side lower abdomen is paining near one corner of delivery stitches which is 1 year now and some time it goes to back tail bone. Also my lower back is also paining a lot Now itching Acne came on my face and I am feeling like vomiting all time Please suggest which profile doctor I consult for all this? Is it all for any 1 issue or I have to consult for each problem different doctors
