Right side back pain after masturbation
Hi Sir, I do not masturbate regularly, but when I do, it pains in my lower back and stays for a week or so and then goes away. If i masturbate again within this period, it will increase even more. My pain makes it difficult for me to walk or lye down as it constantly keeps paining. I suspect this to be related to my prostrate gland but not sure. Please help.

Your symptoms are suggestive that you're maintaining the wrong posture during masturbation which is likely to have caused this back pain due to muscle spasm. You can apply a hot water bag or hot towel over the muscles that are hurting and you can lightly massage that area which will give you some relief. If the condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.

It appears that your posture during masturbation could be the cause of your back pain. It is highly unlikely, though not impossible, for their to be another cause for your problem. I recommend consulting a Urologist, just in case. 99%, you have nothing to worry about.
