On my right shoulder a little continuous pain is their for last 8 months . Now I have noticed can't move my arm to back side after a limit and causing a little amount of pain . Is it a muscle pain or the problem is with the joint . Which specialist should I consult.

If you have pain while combing your hairs or wearing a shirt or t-shirt it seems to be problem with your shoulder joint.
