Dear friend. You are giving classical history of Superior labral tear. If it is so, then physiotherapy exercises usually do not help. I suggest activity modification for my patients and avoid painful activities. If you want full functionality, then operative treatment is advisable. Dear Sir, Your history is suggestive of a SLAP lesion. However a detailed clinical examination by an Orthopaedic Shoulder specialist is recommended.
