Right Nostril pain

From past 5 days my right nostril is paining with little swelling and no pus formation as of now. When I touch during face wash and pranayama, have lot of inconvenience with pain. I don't have fever, headache or any other symptoms. Am doing daily once steaming. Can you please quickly suggest me the best possible available remedies that can give me relief. Right now am not taking any medicines. Please help me address this asap

It’s possibly Furunculosis of Your Nostril, something like a boil in the nose. Don’t touch it Tab Augmentin Duo 625 thrice daily for 5 days Tab Combiflam (after meals) twice daily or till pain & swelling T-Bact or Mupirocin ointment in the nose daily twice. Avoid nose picking or touching No fomentation please
