Popping sound could be because of eustachian tube dysfunction. Impedance audiometry would help you diagnose.

Hello, the popping feeling in your ear may be due to r Tympanic membrane retraction and eustachian tube dysfunction. You can try valsalva manoeuvre, steam inhalation, levocitrizine tablet at night for 5 to 7 days. xylometazoline nasal drops 2 drops thrice a day for only 5 days if you do not have any issues of hypertension. Popping sound in ear is mainly due to ET dysfunction, if your ct didn’t show any sinus issues, headache can be related to this, or neuralgia, what else triggers your pain? Like brushing teeth? Clenching teeth? Try to avoid triggering factors.
