Right leg ligament strain

8 months back I met with an accident and my right leg ligament strained...so took physio for 15 days and then m able to walk..however yesterday for the first time I ran and again it started..may I know why and what should I do to walk/run normally again

First of all the degree of year and what ligament was tired needs to be clear 15 days of exercises to get back to running after ligament tear is not enough
