Foot drop is basically because of nerve. Better consult physiotherapist so that electrical stimulation of muscles will be done and various exercise will be thought for same.

Muscle stimulation would help. Active/ active assisted movements in the initial phase followed by strengthening with resistance bands necessary. Leg extensions, abductions in sitting and laying down position to be done for maintaining the strength of the hip and the thigh muscles. Ankle strengthening and balance activities are of utmost importance once the active moments of the ankle are gained.
Next Steps
Consult your GP and a physiotherapist.
Health Tips
Ankle foot orthosis for preventing calf muscle tightness and maintaining the muscle length. Make sure that you’re inspecting the foot on a regular basis for any signs of skin breakdown due to trauma while walking since the foot is limp.
