I started feeling pain on my right heel a few months ago. It increases when I walk and get intense after that. It takes a while to come into normal situation, however, it starts repeating if I walk. I am facing it for around 2-3 months and not getting as any relaxation. My left heel is very normal and encounters no issues. Pls suggest further guidance on this situation.

It can be due to a little degeneration of foot support arch. This is called plantar fascitis. Wear sports shoes. If it doesnt resolve then platelet rich plasma therapy is required.
