Right heel pain

Hi, My right heel has been aching since few months now. According to an X-Ray report my right heels bone is swollen. My weight is around 100 Kg. I believe that this pain is due to my weight. The pain increase when I am sitting or lying straight and then persists for some time. Once I start walking the pain gradually vanishes. Please assist.
