There are many different causes for heel pain. You should consult an orthopedic doctor personally or online to get complete evaluation. It requires X-rays and blood investigation. When you have associated back pain treatment becomes a bit tricky as other problem gets aggravated when one problem is treated, so requires a close monitoring.
