Hi My mother hand swelling right from fingers to near elbow and also have circle bubbles . Hand full of reddish and also fever and sickness. Please advice which doctor need to be consult. We consult general physician, he said it is infection and gave some medicines but no use since 10 days.She has the same problem from year till fingers, but last 10 days it was spread till elbow.
